Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, North Central Railway, Agra on behalf of President of India hereby invites Application for selection of ONE Station Ticket Booking Agent (STBA) each in different “E” category stations of Allahabad Division on commission basis for issue of unreserved rail tickets through computerized Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS). Important Points for STBA are : Distribute Unreserved Tickets round the clock (24 hrs.) Opts for the minimum commission on the 4% commission slab sales turnover more than One Lac rupees.

Name of work : Selection of ONE Station Ticket Booking Agent (STBA) each in different “E” category stations of Agra Division.

QUALIFICATION (Before selection) :-
1. The applicant should be a resident of the local Block/ Tehsil/ District in which the “E” category station is located where STBA is proposed to be appointed. (Supporting documents may be attached)

2. The applicant should not be under 18 years of age and should at least Class-X pass or equivalent.

3. The applicant should produce a character certificate issued (issued not more than 06 months of date of application) from District Magistrate/ Addl. District Magistrate/ Sub Distric Magistrate/ Sr Suprintendent of Police/ Suprintendent of Police/ Dy Suprintendent of Police/ Block Development Officer or Tehsildar. If the said certificate can not be produced with the tender form, an affidavit, stating that said certificate will be deposited before the appointment of STBA, should be submitted by the applicant.
4.  The applicants shall give a declaration that he/she has not been engaged as STBA at any other stations.

Commission payable :- Out of the applicants fulfilling all the eligibility criteria, the candidate (s) who opts for the least commission on sales turnover of more than 1,00,000/-(on the 4% commission slab) will be selected for appointment. The commission payable shall be as follows:

Slab-1 Rs. 1-15000 Rate at which Commission Payable – 15% (minimum Rs.500/-)
Slab-2 Rs. 15001-50000 Rate at which Commission Payable -12%
Slab-3 Rs. 50001-100000 Rate at which Commission Payable- 09%
Slab-4 >Rs. 100000 Rate at which Commission Payable -04% or the rate quoted whichever is lower

Period of Contract : Initial period of contract will be for 03 years. An agreement will be executed by STBA with the Railways. Any changes in UTS system or STBA policy from time to time will be valid in contract period also. All expenses to execute the agreement will be borne by the tendrer.

How to Apply : Application form is obtainable upto 13.00 hrs on 05-09-2020 at any working day (Monday to Friday) from the date of notification from the of booking office of Firozpur Cantt stations on depositing of Rs.250/- (Nonrefundable). NOTE : The tenderer, who wishes to participate in the tender through the downloaded form the web site, will have to attach a Bank Draft/DD issued by any nationalized bank, equal to the prescribed value of Rs. 250/- in favor of Sr. Divisional Finance Manager, North Central Railway, Agra towards the cost of tender form.
