The user needs to follow the below given steps to Register Grievance on the portal as Registered Users:

• Firstly visit the official website of Jana Sunani Odisha i.e., https://janasunani.odisha.gov.in/
• The homepage of the website will open on the screen
• Click on the Register Grievance Option.
• A new page will open on the screen with three options i.e.,

1. Registered Users Login
2. New Users Sign Up
3. Register your grievance without logging in

• Click on the Registered Users Login option
• The login page will open on the screen
• Now, enter your registered email id/ mobile number and the password.
• After that, click on the Login button to get logged in to your registered account.
• Once you are successfully logged in, the Grievance form will open on the screen.
• Now, fill in the form with all the required details.
• After that, click on the submit button to submit the Grievance.

Steps to Track Grievance Status

To track the grievance status, the user needs to follow the below given steps:

• Firstly visit the official website of Jana Sunani Odisha i.e., https://janasunani.odisha.gov.in/
• The homepage of the website will open on the screen.
• Click on the Track Grievance Status option.
• A new page will open on the screen.
• Now, enter the Ticket Number.
• After that, click on the Submit button and the application status will open on the screen.
